Isothermal Community College defines an inclusive campus climate as "one that fosters a sense of belonging by providing equitable access to a rich academic experience and a robust support system that promotes the opportunity for successful outcomes for all, including those who feel marginalized or otherwise excluded."

This project focused on development of disaggregated data dashboards that allow the institution to review data to identify and address equity gaps that lead to the ultimate goal to improve educational attainment for underserved student populations in our service area to improve life through learning and increase economic and social mobility.

Development of the first three dashboards led to the following plans for scaling and sustaining the work: Prioritize dashboard creation by need; Develop a process for requesting data to avoid duplication; Establish training for data literacy across campus.
